{You colour my world...}

Hello, 49 and Market fans!

Spectrum Sherbet is a fun and colourful collection that is perfect for this photo of my daughter wearing bright and colourful pants.

I used the B-side of the Sprinkled paper for this layout. I added Curators Essential
stitched washi tape to the top and bottom of my layout.

Here is my layout.

The photo is layered on pieces from Spectrum Sherbet remnants, essential laser-cut elements, Strawberry Lemonade laser-cut elements, Tidal Wave laser-cut elements and ephemera bits. I also added frames from the Tidal Wave and Strawberry Lemonade frame set.  I used my sanding block to distress all the edges.  It gives a beautiful white edge.  I also added Spectrum Sherbet chipboard pieces.

I built the cluster using Tidal Wave ephemera bits and Spectrum Sherbet chipboard
pieces and a butterfly from the Tidal Wave Acetate leaves.

I then added rub-ons from the Leaves and Tidal Wave sets.  Aren't these leaves gorgeous?

To finish off my layout I added this beautiful Dusty Attic title and splatters with diluted
white gesso.

{If you think my hands...}

Hello, 49 and Market fans!

I would like to share a layout I have created using the beautiful new Spectrum Sherbet 12x12 collection. For this layout, I used the B-side of the Painted Foundations.  This is me and my three grandchildren.  I think this title is just perfect for the layout, they make my heart full.

Here is my layout.

The matted photo is layered on pieces from the Spectrum Sherbet tidal wave frame set, Remnants, Vintage Artistry Essentials square file frame set, and a rectangle stitched frame.

The flower clusters are made up of a variety of pretty blooms, foliage die-cuts, chipboard pieces, leaves rub-ons, and acetate leaves.

I then added rub-ons from the Spectrum Transfer sets, leaves, and palettes as well as rub-ons from the Vintage Artistry Teal and Mango collection.  All the collections just work so well together.

To finish off my layout I added art stones and splatters with diluted
white gesso.

{Live today...}

 Hello everyone!

Here is my layout inspired by the beautiful June mood board, using some stunning Dusty Attic
chipboard pieces. I used paper, rub-ons, and ephemera from the 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Everyday collection for this layout.

Here is the mood board.

And here is my layout.

The title was painted with vanilla acrylic paint and dry brushed with white acrylic paint.

Foliage #4 and #15 were coloured with Art Alchemy Wax in Rich Copper, Fire Ruby, and Rusty Brown.  The edges of the Foliage #4 were dry brushed with beige acrylic paint.

I painted the toadstools with brown and vanilla acrylic paint and dry brushed the edges with white acrylic paint.

Some close ups.

The final touches to this layout included beads, glitter, and splatters with diluted white
gesso.

{laugh...fun...silly...}

 Hello, 49 and Market fans!

Here is my layout featuring the beautiful new ARToptions Viken 12x12 collection.  This collection is just beautiful.

I had this photoshoot with my cute granddaughter in 2020 and this collection is just perfect. She is such a fun-loving little girl and creating memories with her is very special to me.

I decided to make a double layout since this collection includes so many great elements. You can also have two single layouts here.  This layout was inspired by a Scrapbook Generation sketch.

I used the Charming paper on the left side of this layout. The paper has a beautiful floral circle image. I used a leave stamp around the edge of the circle and a scallop chipboard circle on the inside.  I used the B-side of the Majestic paper on the right side.  I choose this paper for its subtle colours.

I used a script and postal stamp and a leave stencil on the background of both papers.

Here is my layout.

Next, I added rub-on transfers from the ARToptions Viken 6x8 rub-on transfer set to the 4x6 blocks.  The florals on this set are beautiful and similar to the Charming paper. I also used leaves from the Spectrum Sherbet rub-on transfer set. I then decorated the 4x6 blocks with Viken and Spectrum Sherbet Tidal Wave laser cuts and ephemera bits.  I added lots of Viken chipboard elements.  On both pages, I randomly added Curators Essential stitched washi tape on both pages. I repeated the chipboard scallop on this page.

The matted photo is layered on pieces from the Viken laser cut elements, ephemera bits, and Spectrum Sherbet Remnants.

For the flower clusters, I used a variety of pretty blooms, chipboard leaves, laser cuts, and die cuts.

{Close together...}

Hello everyone!

I am sharing my June design team layout with you.  My layout features a selection
of beautiful Dusty Attic chipboard pieces.  I used pattern paper from the 49 and Market Naturalist Collection.

These are photos from our family shoot in March. One of the photos shows my daughter
and her family facing the hill where her childhood home is.  Many happy memories were
made there.

Here is my layout.

All the chippies were first covered with a layer of white gesso,  except for the little house
from the Main Street collections and the mini chicken wire.

I adore this title, and it is perfect for my layout and so very true.
The title was dry brushed with Americana Acrylic paint in Peaches 'n Cream, Melon, and
then white acrylic paint.  The cute stemmed hearts were painted with Americana Acrylic
paint in Pineapple.

I dry brushed the house and chicken wire with Americana Acrylic paint in Burnt Umber
and True Ochre.

The grass clusters were coloured with Ranger Distress Oxide in Vintage Photo. Moved
 Lawn and Crushed Olive.

The Foliage #17 was also painted with Americana Acrylic paint in Arbor Green and
dry brushed with white acrylic paint.

The Laurel Sprigs and Branches and Berries were also painted with Americana Acrylic
paint in Hauser Light Green, Arbor Green, and Melon and dry brushed with white
acrylic paint.

The mini scrolls and Foliage #26 were painted with white acrylic paint.

The final touches to this layout included art stones and splatters with diluted white gesso.
