Hello, 49 and Market fans!
I would like to share a layout I have created using the beautiful new ARToptions Alena 12x12 collection. The colors in this collection are vibrant and beautiful. This layout was inspired by a Scrapbook Generation sketch.
This is my daughter and her beautiful family.
For this layout, I used the Happy Dancers and Flirty papers from the Alena collection pack. A few pieces of washi tape have been added along the sides, bottom, and top of the layout. I used Alena rub-on transfers in the top left corner and bottom right corner. The images are stunning! I also added beads from the V/A Tea and Mango rub-on transfers.
The matted photos are layered on strips from the Spektrum Sherbet solids collections. I then added tickets, tabs, and die-cuts pieces from the Alena Ephemera bits, notebook edgers from the Curators Essential laser-cut elements, Spectrum Sherbet tidal wave frames, and a Vintage Artistry Essentials square file frame.
The flower clusters are made up of a variety of pretty blooms, foliage die-cuts, butterfly die-cuts, and Spectrum Sherbet acetate leaves. I also used two V/A Essentials whitewash chipboard frames. The frames were also layered on pieces from the Alena Ephemera bits. In the flower clusters, I tucked a few of the laser-cut mushrooms from the Curators Meadow.
Here and in the photo above you can see the beautiful rub-ons. A Dusty Attic chipboard title has been added to my layout.
some close-ups.
To finish off my layout I added art stones and splatters with diluted
white gesso.
