Hello, 49 and Market fans!
I have created my first layout featuring one of the new collections, the Curators
Botanical 12x12 collection. I am in love with the whole collection!
This is a photo of my little grandson Janco when he was only a few days old.
I used the bottom of the B-side of the Florilegia paper and the B-side of the solid blue
paper. The new solid pattern papers are such a great addition to the new collections.
I glued the pattern paper to white card stock. Where the two papers join I glued an edge
from the Curators essential laser-cut elements and blue lace from the Curators
Botanical laser-cut sheet.
Here is my layout.
I then added rub-ons from the Transfer Set as well as the Transfer Sheet. Look at
the gorgeous coffee stains. From the Transfer Sheet, I used the faded stamps.
This is my favorite part, the layering, and Curators Botanical collection has the most
amazing variety of Ephemera bits and laser-cut elements. The elements from the laser
cut sheet and Ephemera bits were layered on a Curators Essentials Bookplate. A square
file frame from the V/A Essentials was also added, as well as a tab. At the bottom of the
layer, peeping out, I used a notebook edger from the Curators Essential Laser Cut
Elements. A paper clip is printed on some of the elements. How cool is that?
I used the beautiful picket fence with a flowering creeper here. It is from the
Botanical laser-cut sheet. It was cut in half and glued to the sides of the solid blue
pattern paper.
The flower clusters are made up of a variety of pretty blooms, laser and die-cut
foliage, and flowers. Here you can also see one of the beautiful coffee stain rub-ons.
To finish off my layout I added beads, glitter, sequins, and splatters with diluted
white gesso.
49 and Market products used.
Thank you for visiting the blog today.
Happy crafting!
