Hello everyone!
I am sharing my April design team layout with you, using stunning Dusty Attic chipboard pieces and the gorgeous 49 and Market Love Letters paper, Rub-On Transfers and Coral Nouveau Ephemera Stack from the Vintage Artistry Coral collection.
This is a very special and close to my heart photo I took off my daughter after she graduated in 2011 as an Occupational Therapist. To me this photo resembled the journey ahead of her. The last ten years has been amazing, watching her grow into the amazing person she has become. I am so grateful for the role I played in the unfolding events of her life.
I think this is also the most photographed teddy bear in the world. I have used him in many of my photoshoots, Christmas, Valentine, Newborn and family photos. He is very old, but still so handsome!
Here is my layout.
All the chippies were first covered with white gesso.
For the ombre effect on this beautiful title, I used Americana Acrylic paint in Tangelo Orange, Peaches and Cream and White Wash.
I randomly covered the Scalloped Circle with course gesso for texture and painted the circle with Americana Acrylic paint in Arbor Green and dry brushed with Mint Julep Green. I added Art Alchemy Metallique Wax in White Pearl to the course parts.
The mini titles, mini scrolls and Foliage #23 were painted with a white Posca Marker.
For the Foliage #10 I used the Light Green Posca Market. I love these markers, they are bright and vibrant and there are beautiful colors to choose from.
On these cute mini butterflies I used the Orange Posca Marker.
I inked the Flutterbies with Versa Magic Chalk Ink in Pink Grapefruit and rubbed them with Art Alchemy Metallique Wax in Vintage Gold.
Dusty Attic chipboard pieces used.
Thank you for visiting the blog.
Happy crafting!
